Andrew Wall is currently an assistant coach for Colby men’s and women’s rowing teams. Wall was a four-year rower and captain at Colby College before graduating in 2012. Prior to returning to Colby, Wall coached youth and masters rowing in the Boston area. Before rowing for Colby, Andrew was a four-year rower and captain for his high school rowing team, Ignatius Chicago Crew.
Stew Stokes is entering his 14th year at Colby in the 2013-14 academic year. Since his arrival the women's crew program won the College's only NCAA Championship in a team sport by claiming the 2003 Division III title, and the men became the first crew from Colby to win an international race, at the Henley Royal Regatta in 2005 against Isis Boat Club.
Prior to his arrival at Colby, Stokes coached at Trinity College and the University of Massachusetts. A 1990 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Stokes was a four-time winner of the Head of the Charles Regatta, a four-time U.S. National Champion, and a member of the men's lightweight eight on the 1993 United States Rowing Team.
Justine is a former team captain, spent a year as an assistant coach at Colby and currently is an assistant with the MIT Lightweight Women's rowing program.
Noah, a 2013 Colby graduate, has worked as an assistant coach with Colby rowing since fall 2014. As an athlete, he earned All-NESCAC rowing honors after the spring 2013 season. He also was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team in all three years of eligibility. An Eagle Scout before he came to Colby, Teachey spent last year as a music teacher at the Gandhi Ashram School in West Bengal, India.
